Provided completed design services for an Operations Center campus for Snohomish County PUD #1. The campus consists of three (3) buildings, a 12,000 sf Administration Building, 7,700 sf General Stores/Shops, and 6,100 sf Vehicle Storage Facility. The project was completed (including sitework) for $4.5 million.
